  I had an appointment scheduled today at 12:30. I arrived and checked in with the receptionist. Patiently I waited an hour but was not called. At 1:30 I approached the receptionist to see if I could insight on why there was such a delay and if there was an expected time of when I would be assisted. She wasn’t able to give me a time of when I would be assisted and stated they were busy. I asked if it made a difference if I came during the week and she stated “No, it is always like this.”
  
  I don’t understand why appointments are made for a specific times only for the patients to be held there waiting for a significant amount of time. This is poor structure for a company.
  
  Since I was not interested in further waiting I told the receptionists to Cancel my appointment.
  
  I will seek another dentist.
