  My experience with Sunset View Apartments and its management has been memorable. They were very accommodating with my financial situation and helped me out tremendously. Jennifer was the leasing agent I had dealt with initially and I continue to bring up my issues (next to none arise) to her when they become apparent. Every time she has handled them with a sense of professionalism. When every I come into the club house, I am greeted warmly and am given the idea that they do really care about their residents. I would recommend this complex. I would like to see a lower monthly rent;) All in all, beautiful complex and club house. Lovely apartments, large and spacious. Cute green areas and lots of trees. Normal patrol in the parking areas. Close to stores and the Carlsbad mall.
