  I have been here for about a year now. Such a great place, the leasing agents are very nice and maintenance is very fast. When we put in a service request, they are usually there the next day to fix the issue. The area around the complex is beautiful and we are so close to the 76, grocery stores and the beach!

  My wife and I looked all over North County for apartments. Out of what feels like hundreds of apartments that we looked at this was our first choice. The landscaping at this place is beautiful, it's a joy to just take a walk around the apartments. My wife and I are also very happy with the apartment itself as well. With a well put together kitchen and spacious living room. If this wasn't great enough the customer service at the office is, in my opinion, always friendly and helpful. I know that when I go into the office I will be created with a smile and my questions or concerns will be taken care of.
